Content Pre-Screening** All uploaded content is reviewed before publication to ensure compliance with our standards and applicable law. APEXX X reserves the right to reject or remove any content. **6. Payments** All payment processing is handled by CCBill, our authorized payment processor. APEXX X does not collect or store credit card information. **7. Termination** APEXX X reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. **8. Limitation of Liability** APEXX X is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform. **9.
